Was out yesterday a bit choppy (not bad).

Fished out in 70 foot, fish in top 35 feet for us. Didn't get out until 11am, but ended up with a half dozen in 2 and a half hours. Half fish on bay rats and half on harnesses. Also headed out to 100 to see what was there. Slime trout are there for the taking.

Hope to start getting out a bit more now.

Good Luck guys.

We had a guided trip Sunday with 2 boats.  Limited out both boats 8 guys.  Went out today with our boat and 3 of us limited again.  Pretty good fishing.   Stickbaits, harnesses and spoons all caught fish.  Great fishing!

Went out yesterday around 8:30am and got our 2 man limit in a few hours. Purple spoons 50' down seemed to be the best producer most of the day. 10 color leadcore with a worm harness and a 300 copper with an Erie Dearie took quite a few fish as well. They were at or near bottom anywhere from 55 to 80' of water, with the best being around 60-65'. Caught one fish on the planer boards. Covered quite a bit of water, mostly straight north of the marina.

Brother and I did well this morning out front and east a little. Fished strictly 60-64 fow. Most fish were taken within 10 feet of bottom. 7 color was really good with a lime/chartreuse reef runner. Spoons on riggs were great 50 to bottom. Fish and bait in 78 degree water? I'm still learning. There was one hog in there we took 8 or 9 pounds.

We were out on Saturday and did a limit in 70ft out of Dunkirk. There are a ton of eaters out there. Caught a TON of fish this year and have yet to brak the 7lb barrier. May have to fish elsewhere, but its hard to move when you are limited in under 4 hrs (in the middle of the day).

New to the Lake Erie Board, but have been on Lake Ontario board since inception. Chad Lappa and Co. do a great job, but everyone needs to contribute to make it successful.  I don't understand why more people aren't using it. After making the trek from Wayne county we got off to a late slow start around 9 AM.  Started in 55 fow west of the harbor with a top to bottom array of choice baits. Boards with core, riggers and divers. Finally got dialed in a bit about two miles east of the Catt. in 62 fo
