  4. Same as yesterday out of Barcelona. 2 man limit in under an hour. Started in 80 fow and trolled out to 110. Caught them on 6 and 8 color lead core, riggers 50 and 55 feet down and on a bottom bouncer. They're everywhere.
  5. Went out of Sturgeon Point this morning out in front of Point Abino. Fished from 10:30 until 2:30 with my wife, son-in-law and 8 year old grandson. We caught our 4 person limit of 24 with 2 leadcores and an 8 oz bouncer rod. 60 to 65 fow. All nice eaters on harnesses. Memorable day for sure.
  6. Barcelona is still on 🔥. 2 man limit in just over an hour in 75 - 90 fow. Worm harnesses on lead core and down riggers. Color didn't matter.

  12. Fished out of Barcelona this past few days.. except for Thursday.. which was a bit too bumpy us. Bite was a bit slower than the previous week, but limited out each day. Used strictly sticks on divers and downriggers. Our best bite was 50 to 60 down over 85 to 90 feet. Straight out of the harbor.. never ventured east or west. DEC was busy at the launch.. checking every boat. Nice to see them there but it sure backs things up! Taking the week off.. but we’ll give it another shot after the Holiday! 15. First trip back out in a little while, off Catt mixing it up from the normal eye routine, out targeting deep staging steelhead. 70-90fow little west of Catt. 55 temp was down 40’. Put an absolute wallop of them, full spread of spoons on divers 50-60fow down. Took about 15 eyes accidentally all released. Landed over a dozen chrome backs anywhere from 4-8lbs. Orange and blue being the best colors

  17. Went out off the Catt today, SE breeze early for a few hours then died. Started out at 76', heading out to the fence. Got a 2 man limit, but it wasn't as easy as a week ago. Downriggers at 52', dipsys on 3 setting out 145' worked best. All 4 poles using a purple cisco harness, that was the hot color. Plenty of fish out at the fence.
  18. Left mouth of Catt today 745am took a ride east best action for us 69 to 63 fow turned boat around between Angola and Sturgeon point. Pulled rods at 1130am with a 4 man limit and 1 chromer. water temps got better further east we traveled. 3 color 5 color 7 color leadcores with sticks were best 🔥 Divers with harnesses out 68 to 85 riggers 30 to 40 down with small spoons and burner's. It all worked. Pictures of best stick baits below 110 blanks painted up by Zach Baker.

  23. We will be trying to get this great handicap lift at all launches on Lake Erie in NY State. With Sturgeon Point Handicap Lift being a showcase. Sent from my SM-S911U using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  24. Larry, It would be nice to have something like this at more locations throughout the state. Or maybe the equipment could be roving between various launches for specific handicapped events. I am interest because my brother has become limited and it has become very difficult for him to get into the boat.
  25. Nice to see activity on this forum. Plenty of good catch’s to report so let’s enjoy the fishing without letting differences of opinion get in the way. The number of eyes around is amazing. Get out and get ‘em.
