    Boxed 4 this am, lost 4 at the net (dam 4-5ft waves!) In front of SP & then west 60 - 70 fow. All off harnesses on dipsys & riggers.

    They have signs 25%-60% off but still prices seem high. on things. I think they marked them up first.

    I believe they are below surface 10' & go down from there. Stay outside of the buoys, they should be at the end of the nets.

    caught 6 eyes today between SP & the catt. lost one at the boat & 2 were throw back dinks. 60 -70 fow.

    Looks like you guys had a good week of fishing! I just got back yestreday from a Canada trip . We got fish but not like what I see here. We fished in the Whales back channel off lake Huron out of Spanish, Ontario.

    I fished silver lake yesterday. trolled the whole perimeter for northerns & walleye just outside the weeds, only had 1 hit on a harness. Anyone ever do any good trolling for the northerns there??

    Our best day was 36 eyes in about4-5 hours. Why don't they work now? We fished out of Barcelona at the PA. line.

    Hot N Tots, Bagley Killer B- 3's, & A- Bombers longs, were the hot lures 20 yrs. ago! Silver & blue or fire tiger were the hot colors. I have tackle boxes full of them.

    I have always had Lowrance , but their repair service stinks. They just want to sell you a new unit if you have trouble. My next unit will not be a Lowrance. I would look at hummingbird or garmin . jmo.

    We fished yesterday SP to Meyers reef 35-42 fow lots of marks in the top 30 fow but no takers. Fished rats & harnesses.

    This from Jimski & my father use to say they "start" with the snowball bush blooms, what more info. does a person need!? get rid of all the tech. equip. lol

    They did have it one year at a later date so the kids could fish & the old timers that started the club didn't like it & changed it back to the earlier dates. Also people have been saying for years it is too early in the season.
