    I don't go near boat launches on holiday weekends, did it once saw waiting line a mile long turned around & went home. If its that bad going in it will be twice as long/bad coming out.

    I may go down this weekend just to watch what goes on. There will be a lot of first timers & confusion. Seems a shame, so much money & hard work for poor results. We had a sayings at work " if you don't have time to do it right, what makes you think you have time to do it twice!" or "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing it right the first time".

    I used the new SBH launch ramps yesterday & Imo they are bad news & the parking lot seems to be striped ass backwards. I don't think I will go back. Can the launch by the restaurant still be used? Why did they not use the design of the old ramps that worked for 20 yrs. jmo.

    So, how are the new ramps at the SBH working out? I heard if you got bad knees or a slight handy cap(our older folks) it is pretty hard getting in & out of a boat. No posts ,steps or hand rails for a person to grab onto. Anyone know if something might be done about this?(handy cap dock) How is the launching & retrieval going ?

    I believe it illegal to anchor in a passage way, as in one of the gaps. but many do.

    Every one should be required to take a boating course , learn the laws & obey the rules! Many don't have a clue!

    Is Barcelona harbor closed to launching ? I have been looking at the web cam & never see any trucks & trailers in the parking lot.

    Welcome, Point breeze is a camp site & down towards Dunkirk to Barcelona there are a few sites, I believe one is a KOA. Good luck!

    Yellow pike , did I see you & your buddy leaving the ft. of Ferry the other day Thurs./Fri.? You were just leaving & we just got there in the black Ford pickup & I asked if the minnows were there & one of you said oh yea they are under the junk floating??

    I was at Ferry, Ontario & Sheridan on Monday pm & not a minnow was to be had. And not 1 in the little creek at Ontario, my luck!

    Geezze, I just put an I-pilot on my bow, but after seeing the posts here I am afraid to have anyone see it! You guys might shoot me! I haven't been out with it yet, still new.
