Go for fun . depending on mood or what's going on ,will try for samon, to perch doesn't matter much ,just like being out on water. I fish 99.9% LakeO but have fished Erie with absolutely no regrets, every trip was good for eyes. Walleyes are my main goals, but this year I want to try the trout species, see if I can drag myself away from the little spoons and pull some larger mag. size spoons.
