  5. We do very well on Rats. It's to the point of when running cranks it's almost 90% Bay Rats. They perform well and don't fill with water or the hooks don't pull out. That means a lot when your spending 9 bucks on a lure. Sent from my SM-G920V using Lake Erie United Mobile App

  16. Buy the right boards and you will not have an issue. Been pulling boards on erie for 25 years without any issues. The are just about an absolute must in my opinion. Walleyes are tone of the most boat shy fish out there. I run big boards most of the time, but I do pull Inline boards also in certain cases. The nice part with the big boards is you can run lighter rods with them, as they are being towed by the boat instead of by the rod.. I run all my lead cores, jet divers, and torpedo divers off my boards. If you have any questions call me at 7167965372 and I can answer them and if need be I can get you into the right equipment for what you want to do. 18. Fish Hawk all the way! The smart troll is waaayyyyy too expensive and waaayyyyyy too glitchy I know 5 guys that have it on their boats, and only 1 works well and 2 don't work at all. Also remember anything you add to your line will change the depth. I had a guy running a smart troll try to tell me a 10 color lead core was only diving 27 feet deep while he was trolling along side me. While my 10 colors were hitting bottom in 50 feet of water. JMO on this issue.
