All boar hunting in Ohio, New York and Pennsylvania will be fenced in. They are not native to these areas and have to be fenced in by law. You will not find free roaming boar hunts there, unless they have escaped from a fenced area. If that’s the case you can kill them at anytime in Pa. Preferred method for running harnesses?
Fishnut replied to Those eyes's topic in Tackle & Techniques
I use harnesses a lot while walleye fishing Erie. The nice thing about them is they preform at almost any speed. When fishing a 6 rod spread I usually run 4 harnesses on my Dipsys, a low and a high diver off each side. Then I run 1 off a rigger. The other rigger usually has a spoon for steelhead. Welcome aboard.. Will hep if I can and im sure others will help too. -
sticks, spoons, worm harness, they all work. I usually give them a mix of colors until I see what they like. id start with pink, green, blue, black and orange. start with 1 rigger on the bottom and the other half way up. it wont take long to see where they want it. good luck and let me know hoe you do, im headed up next weekend.

i can adjust to .1/.15 mph but do have a pretty big boat. mines a 2452 bay liner hard top. top speed with kicker is 7.5 mph. im guessing I can adjust about 50/75 rpm increments. im thinking of maybe getting a smart troll this winter just for the hunt mode option.

Marine gas is non-ethanol gas. I know a lot of guys that run their boats 2 or 3 times a week and they run pump gas or ethanol gas and have never had a problem they do run stabilizer also. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United

im not sure. I know if you are fishing in Canadian water and you launch out of the USA you have to follow Canadian laws?? like no dirt in your worms, I was also asked how many rods we were using. there were 3 of us and we were only using 6 rods. and this was getting checked on the US side after returning.
