Testors is cheap and you have to thin it down stinks like hell if using indoors but colors are readily avaliable. I switched to com-art or auto air there water based acrylics ready to shoot without thinning and clean up easy they also have translucent colors that are nice for layering/blending on sticks. Yes you pay at Barcelona and everywhere else for that matter, I can't think of any "camps" from buffalo to Barcelona like others said hotel and trailers the best option.
