  1. We got into some smallies trolling sticks by donnellys wall and the black rock canal Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  2. Thought about throwing the leadcore in the boat this morning and giving it a shot. The boys wanted to jog for some bass too but I'm not any good at that either. Lol Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  3. I think I should stick to kings Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  4. Nothing and marked barely anything bouncing bottom in front of windmills. Jigging in front of donnellys wall now Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  5. Anybody catching in the pile of boats out in front of the windmills. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  6. What, you got the bay rats to fire? Lol. Good job man. I know you love your renowskys. I'm sitting here contemplating fishing the Southtowns tourney but I'll be starting chemo and radiation June 5th, so that will probably get in the way. Cashing a check two weekends in a row has me loving this tournament fishing lately, lol. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  7. Caught this 25# 3 oz King Friday. Won the 1k a day for Thursday and Friday last week. Heading out for day one of Niagara Pro Am in the morning. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  8. Willis knot Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  9. I'm heading out tonight. Not expecting much with the muddy water but you can't catch them from home. It's gonna be an all nighter for me, have to be at the dock in Wilson at 5 am for some prefishing for the Wilson Harbor Invitational. I'll report if we do any good Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  10. Congrats to you both. Nice mature birds. My son and his buddies tripled up with jakes this morning. Third sit after having a late hunter ruin their first sit . Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  11. Customer service is awesome at bay rat too. I broke a bill off last year fishing for Browns and sent an email to them. I received a response almost immediately and two lures in the mail to replace the broken one. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  12. Night fishing is fine. I prefer it. I usually go during the week though. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  13. I will be trying these this year. Thanks for sharing Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  14. I will be this year. I've sight fished with suspending baits and jigs when it's calm and that was a blast. My buddy and I planned on taking some bass shiners out under floats this spring. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  15. I'm having perch tonight. I think I'll give this a shot. I've made a variation of this before and it was very good. Can't bathe them in hot oil every time. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  16. I did it in my slip. It's just a set screw on top of the motor. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  17. I did that on my last boat, a 25' hardtop. Lost a little top end speed but was able to troll at 2.0 consistently. Two bags out in my 19.5' aluminum allows me to run a touch higher in RPMs while still trolling at 1.5 ish. Bags are nice in choppy water too, kind of stabilizes the boat. 18. My 2001 Superfisherman 196. Next warmup, she's going fishing!!! Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  19. My buddy has one for sale. He's upgrading. It's on LOU. Steelie1975. Asking $1300 with two remotes. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  20. I do the same bouncing harnesses. There's just something about hitting WOT, with a cooler full of perfect eaters, on a calm night, with the lights on the shoreline. My favorite part of the night. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  21. You will be fine with any of the 12v units in a 14 footer. Get the largest thrust you can afford so it's running on a lower setting, battery life will last longer. You can probably find a nice used one from bigger boats upgrading to a 24 or 36 volt system Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  22. Generally it's all the eater sized males, which is what I'm after anyway. Sometimes we hook into a decent one but I've never caught any over 7-8 lbs in a spring night trip. I sight fish them on spot lock sometimes to with a headlamp as long as it's calm out. That is an absolute blast. I use the terrova as autopilot when trolling for salmon and walleye, with the big motor as thrust. Once you try that, you'll be spoiled. Lol. I would love to add a kicker and upgrade to the 36v ultrex but I'm looking into upgrading electronics this year Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  23. 24v 80# with 60" shaft Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  24. Starcraft Superfisherman 19' 6" Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
  25. I use my terrova only. It's stealthy and the autopilot is great. Just record a track, and backtrack it for the rest of the night. Only drawback is battery life. I usually get 5-6 hrs on average, but sometimes only 3 if I'm fighting the wind. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
