Live might be better for perch rigs but salted definitely works too. I got a dip of goldens from Jerome’s Friday. They preferred tipped this past weekend to plain metal

Nice thanks guys! Looks like a beautiful week coming up. Will let you know if I get out. Also, strictly live emeralds for perch or do salted work? And does anyone currently have live ones available?
  5. Tiller
I personally haven’t been, but western ports and out deep is a safe bet right now. Typically night fall spots are producing as well

Saw a report from a guy on Facebook who went out of Dunkirk a day or two ago and he caught a four man limit in 2 hours. That is fantastic. He was on a pontoon boat in his pictures. Nice calm day.

Back out first light, same spot as yesterday, hot and heavy right off the rip, got swarmed some doing better then others, we pounded away for a good bit, once it slowed we slid off the pack and got right back over them. Wrapped it up at 11 with another 2 man limit. Let’s hope the calm weather extends into November

Hi I live in Niagara Canada. I enjoy all types of fishing from smelts to Muskies . But my passion is walleye & musky. I do most of my fishing in Niagara river & Lake Erie. I’m retired now & blessed to be able to enjoy my favourite sport.

Beautiful October day on the lake, didn’t take long to find them and the bite was steady all morning long, plenty of bonus species in the mix. Ended just shy of a full cooler
