Thanks for the info Jim I'm sure I'll be fishing Chaumont but its always cool to fish a new place and I have wanted to fish I-Bay for a long time !!!

Hay guys I'm looking for a back-up plan in case there is not enough ice to get on Chaumont bay !!! My buddy and I have talked about steelhead in the Niagara river for 15 years or more and since we know absolutely nothing about the river I think it wise to charter a few trips with that being said I would like any and all advise ( good and bad ) on charters places to stay best time year and is it even worth a 6 hr ride ... Hello everyone !! I'm thinking about buying these releases I've used cannon push pads forever but now I'm fishing walleye and not salmon I'm dragging a lot of fish so my question is how do they attach to the downrigger ball and what's the easiest way to set the tension in the driveway or on the water ?
