Fished the lake Sunday am 530-930 did a few shorts and some junk fish way in tight on harnesses as slow as I could go....still slow for me but I start a 2 week vacation this Thursday so hopefully find some fish....

Fishing at Presque isle was great again. Bass pike sheephead perch sunfish all caught. Bass and pike on top water is heck of alot of fun

No pics this week...trying to unglue from phones lol and had friends here for weekend.

Another weekend...still slow lol...fished Friday sat and Sunday 3-4 hours each day. Did 7 total fish. Only thing the same was worm harnesses. Other than that no rhyme no reason...explored 20 fow -105 fow...marking them but idk wouldn't bite mine lol. Still a great weekend.

Saturday was the first time me and the boy went out ourselves...its alot of boat to handle at the dock just me and him but we did well.

Shout out to the older guy who scooped my planer board behind me when I lost it. Met him at dock good guy!

Well sat was a blow so we fished the marina Findley lake and the Eaton res in the morning....nothing at all....fished Presque isle in the afternoon and smoked a bunch of pan fish 7 to dark..probably put 50 or so on shore...boys didn't want to get up Sunday...few pics

Fished Thursday night for a couple hours before blow...sat morning for 2 hours and Sunday 4 hours....Thursday messed around in tight caught 1 eye....sat we went out to see what the blow did. Messed around in tight didn't do anything marked some fish in 30 fow. Sunday we went deep for Lakers only to find walleye out deep over 100 fow with tons of bait on bottom. Did few nice ones in a few hours. Should have quit chasing Lakers sooner and switched everything to walleye gear....good weekend!

Another Saturday of fishing another laker in the boat. Fished 630-10 or so just out enjoying the day with the family. Everyone went west so we started out front and trolled west but stopped before we got to the pack of boats. Marked fish and bait 60-80 fow water temp was 62 if I remember right...let's hope the walleye bite gets going soon. I'll be at it Fri to Monday this week gonna try and target walleye. Laker caught on a gambler rig death trap combo.

Fished all weekend for Lakers they are around but spread out...guys seem to be doing better the further west you go but they are combat fishing. The Bass guys are all over. Picked up 1 nice eye while out there chasing Lakers.

Didn't see a north east thread yet so I'll start . Please add in anytime and I will too. I fish it almost every weekend from now till October with a bunch of weekdays later in season.

Friday 5/7 was splash down for 2021 me wife and kids went out shallow to get gear out and give a shakedown run. Fished 10-30 FOW picked up 1 bass in our short 2 hour troll. Marked some fish but nothing crazy water was dirty.

Sat 5/8 we fished 7am-9am another quick weather window run for breakfast lol. Looked a little deeper started in about 40 trolled to 60 and back. Grabbed a laker in 58 off a spoon on dipsy. Marked more fish there. Some in top 20 fow alot on bottom with some sort of bait down there too.

Crazy that people really think putting them in the lake is a real option....lake Ontario is apparently fighting that battle too now.

I like the idea of wind power and solar power but I just don't think we have refined it enough to make it worth the time and cost.

Pennsylvania's Northeast Marina ramps were closed with no docks. There walleye season is current with New York's but the limit is six in season with a minimum size limit of 15 inches. Their perch limit is 30 fish and a seven inch minimum size. But the bad new is a non resident fishing license and a special Lake Erie fishing permit also. Then also be prepared for importing fish and bait regulations, covid tests from out of state travel especially returning to New York State.

Alot of guys jig and drift out of Northeast launch especially early season. We did some jigging last summer in shallow and caught some just messing around.

I got skunked. This is my first year fishing Lake Erie but it just seems like you get waves coming at you from every angle. Tough to keep a constant speed. A week ago I took a friend and his father fishing and both got sick. Hope to get out on Lake O once or twice for perch before putting the boat up.

I've given up on weather reports. I plan trips looking at forecasts only 4 days out and they still suck!

Started of decent today weather turned sooner than expected motored in with 3-4s pretty brutal in buddy's ranger boat today. Went 9-13 today all nice ones 105-115 fow west to end of w...seasons winding down

Leaving for my 6 hr trip in another hour. Hoping I can get out tomorrow. Seems like my 4 day fishing trips only allow 2 mornings and 2 afternoons. I guess that's Lake Erie!

Slow again today we tried inside waters 20-40 slow troll and jigging caught a few...radio chatter and reports said decent in 100 fow down 80 feet....blowing good now doesn't look good for day or 2
