O I forgot to mention my dipsy were different colors. I spray painted them black about 2 years ago. Black is the way to go.

I use #3 magnums dipsy on a #1 setting and a #1 dipsy on a #3 setting. On each side. Then my 2 riggers for a total of 6 rods. My boat fished 3 people very well.

We caught a tagged walleye out of northeast harbor on Sunday.

I am looking for information on it and can't find a thing. The tag reads as follows.

NYS DEC N 60227

178 point DR

Dunkirk 14048

I would appreciate any information I can get.

I'm thinking it a dispersal study or something like that.

Anyway the fish was 20" long was caught in 70FOW 40 feet down out in front of northeast marina.

My wife and Fished yesterday out of Northeast started at the NY border in 60 fow trolled north west out to 97 FOW caught 26 walleye kept 12 the smallest was 18" was fishing 40 down on everything riggers, Dipsy, lead core. Most fish came on crawler harness then sticks. Only 2 on spoons. The bigger fish came off the harness.
We fished today from 6/11 and boated 11 kept 5 all on harness 45 to 50 feet down, all on harnesses.
We caught a tagged walleye and I was wondering if anyone has any information on the tag. It reads as follows. NYS DEC N 60227 178 point Dr Dunkirk 14048.
