Replacement flooring

Hello, I'm looking to replace the flooring in my lund fisherman. Plywood is good, I just want to get rid of the carpet. I'm looking at vinyl versus tough coat rubberized paint. Has anybody used either?

I tried the rubberized coat on a smaller boat once, worked fine but got pretty hot in the sun. Biggest thing is keeping the plywood sealed. I got into that “fix everything at once” mood after a good experience with emersonproservices.com, so the boat floor ended up on the list too.
