There is typically perch in the small boat harbor this time of year or you can try the canal at squaw island next to the lock.

Was at Beaver this evening no minnows in sight -
Went out from 530-830pm caught a few nice smallmouth no walleye. Fished 10ft-35ft -
I am going out this evening after work will let you know how it goes

The weather was pretty rough all weekend huge waves. With the nice weather coming for the next week or so things should start to pick up

We were at Meyers yesterday morning as well found a small school they did not show any interest in biting. Went inside along the break walls and had a ball with the smallmouth . -
Yes we had to pay to launch this morning.
