    Last night we had a death in the family,niece's father was hit by a car while he was walking along a road in Georgia.He died instantly from the impact.I will be cancelling all of this week's fishing charters to travel to his funeral.I most likely will not get back on the water at Chautauqua Lake until June 13th.     Monday is very calm and flat like glass water,no hits the first hour. 68 degree water at Long Point and 73 degree water near the Cribbs South End.Water clarity is mostly clear.Everything seams to be in 11 ft or shallower as well. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Lake Erie United Mobile App

    Today started down South,only got one short rip there,seen two other boats net smaller muskies.Went north at 1 pm,had to go all the way to Mayville Flats to get out of weed piles.We managed a 29" muskie and that was it for today.Back out tomorrow .     The North end did nor mark much,some bait fish schools just past Bell Tower.We had a short rip infront of Long Point Marina.Then we caught a nice 42" muskie in the South end in 11 ft of water.I did not see any of the other boats net a fish,but they probably did catch a few.Water temp was 65 degrees up north and 72 degrees down South.     We fished Honeoye Lake on Friday for Crappie.We only caught 3 Crappie,but did catch 100's of Bluegills, Rock Bass, Perch and an ocasional Largemouth Bass using Crappie Stingers in black & chartreuse and slip bobber.Looks like the lake needs another week to set up the fish in shallow around the docks, even 8 ft water was slow.
