  2. Trolling plate

I just bought a trolling plate and i was not able to install as the instructions showed. The out-drive was to wide for the angle bar to slide under. So i mounted on top. It works fine - just looks "not normal."I called the manufacturer and he said that this is the largest one that they make and it will not fit all out-drives. Anyone ever hear of this before?

  3. Lead Core Size

I need a little guidance with lead core line. I have read that one color of lead core is 10 yards - 30'. With that being said - I am in the process of "getting my rods / reels ready" for this upcoming season.

I measured my "one color" with my level wind reel - it came out to be 55' long for one color. To me - I don't understand how "one color" is 55' long when on the package of lead core line it states - Color Metered-10 yards.

I am using Mason lead core line - 27 LB.

Do I have the correct line? What am I doing wrong?

Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and sharing information!

  4. Prop Size

I have been trying to find the correct prop size I need for my boat. StarCraft 191V 130 Mercruiser. Anyone have any information they care to share with me ?

n advance, thank you for your attention to this matter

  5. I like that idea. Its something about fishermen - generally speaking - they all want to just go out, fish and have a good time. Meeting new people, sharing ideas / stories in life. These are things that you just cant beat. I am in for that fishing opportunity, we can stay in touch and get out on the lake. So far, it looks to be an early season getting out on the lake. Do you belong to the south towns walleye association?

    Talk soon, stay in touch!

  7. New Guy

Just joined a month or so ago. I am a south-towns fisherman, looking for people in the area to go out and do some walleye / perch fishing. The time will soon be upon us. Its tough for me trying to get a steady group of fisherman to go on weekends - or blow a day or two off from work. If you are looking for a person to fish with you on weekends, tournaments during the week. Give me a shout - lets grab a cup of coffee. You will also make my wife happy, she would not have to get up early in the mornings and go with me. Like a bear with a sore paw!!

    Thank you
