  2. has anyone found the emeralds yet tried last week but found nothing found big schools at sp was netting caught a few but cops came and kicked me out . talked to cop about the launch and  dredging  he did not know anything.

  3. Ten Percent I do some what use the same set up as spring but I cast a lot more in the fall let bait drop to bottom then drag it back to boat slowly I think the fish need more movement in the fall the fish in spring will take dead minnows more often that in the fall they are lazy in spring but more active in fall also I use oak leaf grubs when I can get then I gather my own as for minnows I will net my own in the Niagara or just use what ever the shops have I sometime buy large amounts from bait dealer supplier that is emeralds  some days flatheads other days only emeralds' work it depends I also will use small worms  not nit crawlers but you need active fish up off bottom or too many goby's good luck

  4. REPORT FROM SP SAME AS LARRYS WE DID BOAT 7 BUT HAD TO REALLY WORK HARD FOR THEM  SOME CAME OFF LEAD 7 COLOR MOST OFF BOTTOM AND I MEAN BOTTOM WIRE WITH 3 WAY WITH A BUCKPERRY SPOONPLUG WITH NO HOOKS ON IT DRAGGING BOTTOM THE OTHER LINE WATERMELON SPINNER VERY SLOW .8 TO 1.3 TO KEEP SPOON ON BOTTOM ADDED 14 OZ WEIGHT 30 FT AHEAD OF RIG SET AT 80 FT IN 70 FOW LOTS OF WORK BUT THATS WHAT I GET PAID FOR

  5. 3 way with 2 lines 4 ft long carbon. with small snap swivel run any diver like bomber on one and harness or spoon on other you need 20 lb or better main line doubles are common troll at 1.8-2.0 sometimes I put snap weight 50 ft ahead of rig in strong current to get down . my hottest set up has been deep diver rapala perch #12 with green ranowski  smaller one not sure of size or same diver with green glow harness.

  6. Ps I have trips this fri, sat, and sunday if fish are gone from SP any suggestions on where to go thinking down by Dunkirk or further west yet . haven't fished down their in years any help on where to start  water depth/ gps numbers also anything I need to know like bad rocks in channel exct.

  7. Thanks for the info guys  I have been running the double set up all season one with a spoon the other with worn harness I run this rig for samon all the time with good success also been doing good on the eyes just was wondering about the riggers never hear much on them but I do run them but not as productive as leadcore and or steel .
