    Has anyone reported on the ice conditions in the SBH? Has there been any good fishing yet? Where is the best place(s) to get bait?

    Most likely Buffalo Small Boat Harbor or Catt creek launch maybe Sturgeon sometimes.

    Hello all, just getting started in walleye fishing this year. Hope I can pick everyone's brains this year to put some fish in the box! did get some useful information at the shows this winter, but there's a lot more to this than just throwing a line out. Been bass fishing for many years with mixed results on smaller lakes, but looking to gain some knowledge in trolling. Anyways, glad to be here and look forward to meeting everyone.
