Chad,I will find out what happened to the business of Hi-Fin Tackle Co. while out there.I think the rights to the top water lures were sold to a Japanese Co. a couple years ago and the Buctails were still being sold by Dennis his tail manufacturer. Well the Niagara River is loaded with floating moss,so will be back on Chautauqua Lake very soon.First have to make another road trip,this time to Waukesha, WI for Lloyd Findling Funeral.Lloyd was the owner of Hi-Fin Tackle that I Pro Staffed on his team for about 15 years.Lloyd passed away on Sunday,R.I.P. Today between thunder storms we caught 41",32",32" & 29" muskies.North basin started out at 67 degrees surface temperature, was up to 70.6 degrees by 2 pm. Well one thing is going right,beautiful sunny 90 degree weather for brother in-law Mike Charron ' s funeral here in Apalachicola, Florida.The gathering of family & friends is amazing.I will be back to Chautauqua Lake on Wednesday, I wish everyone great fishing over this weekend. Last night we had a death in the family,niece's father was hit by a car while he was walking along a road in Georgia.He died instantly from the impact.I will be cancelling all of this week's fishing charters to travel to his funeral.I most likely will not get back on the water at Chautauqua Lake until June 13th. Monday is very calm and flat like glass water,no hits the first hour. 68 degree water at Long Point and 73 degree water near the Cribbs South End.Water clarity is mostly clear.Everything seams to be in 11 ft or shallower as well. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Lake Erie United Mobile App
