Did anyone get a chance to see Mr. Lance Valentine's presentation?  I have a couple guys here at work that said they attended his seminar and it was awesome!  Very eye-opening.  I think that I am going to put that one on my list for next year. 

I've always run green, just personal preference really but can't really say if it makes a difference or not.

Thats an awesome tip.  Do you actually submerge them entirely in water?  I do a lot of "worm" fishing with my daughters, might try this next time we go out.  My boat always ends up a mess!

Bought that same pattern from Dutch fork in the 9" jointed model!  Keith was a really nice and does great work.  Will definitely be sending him some baits to repaint.  Walleye guys should check out his ghost blades.  The show overall was awesome!  Had a lot of fun, went Saturday and Sunday.

Navionics also offers one of the nicest phone apps I've ever used - the detail is second to none and you can bring it with you when you are on someone elses boat.  My only negative is that it eats up the battery of your phone very quickly because it utilizes the gps so make sure you have a way to plug your phone in to keep it charged.  I think the cost of the phone app was very cheap as well.

Last year we started Lake Erie United (LEU), sister site to Lake Ontario Untied (LOU) in hopes that anglers from around Lake Erie would find a need for a modern community where they could share, learn and engage with each other without the worry of being harassed. In only a few short months LEU already has almost 700 members and we are not even a year old yet. 2017 is shaping up to be very exciting!
