  1. So sad to hear, my heartfelt condolences to his family and friends! Used to chat with him a bit on our annual trips, as we stayed at Bluewater Beach when he was a seasonal camper there. After he left there, we would bump into him at the harbor and chat a bit. He was a nice man and a hell of a charter Captain.
  2. Mr. Weslowski, Head straight north out of the shoot to 50' and turn either east or west depending on wind/waves. Set up and work that 50 out to 60 and back until you find the fish, thats always a good starting point. If not there, try 40'-50'or 60'-70'. If you don't find them straight out, a run towards the PA line is always a good option. East to the Brocton shoals area is also worth a look. We mainly fish multiple lead core lines off big planer boards with crawler harnesses and small spoons, to cover from 10' down all the way to the bottom. If the east/west thing doesn't do the trick, try a north/south troll.
  3. Thanks Chris. Looking forward to another season, hope we can meet up.
  4. Greetings all, glad this site has been created. Me and my crew have been fishing 2-3 times a year, for the past 10 years out of Barcelona. We are from the Central NY region, and stay at Blue Water Beach when we come out. Looking forward to another year on Erie. Kevin
