Fished the inner harbor today, still alot of walleye in there. A Lot of shorts but you can limit on eaters (15-20) if ya stick with it. I limited out by 11am. Trolling worm harness on b bouncers worked best.

Me too, i've always thought the riggers would work well for walleye in erie. How  does the release work with the leadcore.

We were out on fathers day and friday in the harbor. 2 man limit and 3 man limit in 4hrs. Like you said lot of trash fish but the eyes are in there too! We kept culling till we had mostly 20" s.

RKP - I would also look at Walleye.com - they have a great number of boats that come for sale regularly.  Use their filter feature to narrow down search to available Lunds to start.

Hey rkp, try boat trader.com, also search Craigslist in different cities, depending on how far you are willing to travel check out Places in Ohio along the lake like Cleveland and Toledo, May also want to look at Crestliner boats , they are made at the same factory as Lund pretty much the same layouts. Crestliner has an all welded hull where Lund’s are riveted..good luck

Im recently retired and new to the site! Im also ready to fish!! Only problem is I need a boat. I've been looking for a Starcraft fishmaster 186/196 or a Lund fisherman 1800/1950. Any help would be appreciated. I did a few charters last year out of SMB and it was enough to get me hooked!!
