  1. The fact that you can sync one to another and only have to run a power cord is very cool too. Haven’t done that yet but one of the many things I “need” for my boat.

  2. I tried outa dunkirk this morning 9-noon, not ideal time but that's all I had couldn't pass up the nice weather. Same story as everyone else not much to report other than 2-3-4 color in 15-40' did not produce for me. The water temp was 59, I left the temp probe at home so can't report the down temp. I ran renowski lures. With the cold nights I am tempted to try evening/ night fishing the shoal as we did in early may. But that will probably be outa the question if it's going to be 80 this week. This is a screen shot of my screen June 15th 2016. Not far off from temps, I guess it's all right on schedule?

  3. Any time. My suggestion would be to buy a 1000 yd spool of stealth core and look for 47h Diawia reels online used. We run leadcores all year long of all lengths. For the next month mostly 2 and 3 colors. We find that our fishing the next month will be done in the top 30 ft. Try going to where everyone fishes at night and run your cores in 25 to 35 ft sometimes slightly closer sometimes out a little further. I'll take a picture of a drawing of my spread. Usually eight rods. It will help. Just be careful on turns you can loose a lot of gear fishing like this. My name is Ron and I fish mostly out of Dunkirk were my boat is docked. "Dances with Fish".

Hey Ron, if your the boat I'm thinking of and made it out Sunday morning I was the other black boat outside of you. No luck on my end but did learn 3 colors of Woodstock going 1.3-1.5mph with a storm thunder stick grabs bottom in 25-28' . Either way weather cooperated .

  4. Any of you know of or ever fish with the charter scale n tails? Talked to him this summer, he seemed very knowledgeable on Erie walleye. He had a shallow water technique seemed to work very well. He said he fished as long as the ice was off and seas were fishable.
If anyone has gone later in the season with Him I would also like to hear your input. I would like to book a charter with him for this time of year. I look at it as paying for some knowledge from him.
