I am going to be in the Geneva / Ashtabula area for a few day with the family. I'm not from the area but would like to try some perch fishing while i'm there. I have never fished for perch before. Is there any place that I can fish from the bank or a public pier or dock that has some decent chances at getting on some perch? Also, what kind of bait or rig would be best. Thanks for the help.
