Lund 1800 tyee or 1900

Recommended Posts

Trying to decide on the 1800 or 1900. Both have verado 175 on them and both on tandem trailer. But the 1900 is 5k more. Going with the 1900 is getting out of my budget but I don’t want to kick my self later on wishing for more room. Mostly fish with 3 to 4 guys. And pull the family around on a tube looking for any insight on the two models and opinions thanks

Hi,

I have the 2012 Lund Sport Angler 1800(18.5 ft). When I compare the Tyee and the Sport Angler the big difference I see is, is the Sport Angler has a much more open space than the Tyee in the stern area. The Tyee has folding seats and a live well back there that takes up room. In my S-A, it's open to the splash well. A good amount of room to move around and land fish.

I also
have the 150HP 4 stroke Merc which will push this boat to 51 MPH...This was just plain scary, but I had to see what she'll do. (I don't do that very often) So if you're worried about pulling a tube, no worries there.

Take  a look at the at the Sport Angler, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Boat Safe,

Egoody
