garrymny Posted February 15, 2018 Report Share Posted February 15, 2018 I fish for them on lake Ontario. In Erie, for walleyes in July and August, I saw the temp was 72 degrees from 0 to 80 or 90 feet. mr 580 Posted February 16, 2018 Report Share Posted February 16, 2018 I don’t target them specifically on Erie but they do show around 2 or faster for speed. They tend to like be around the thermocline if there is one. Later in season they can show up in any temp. Spoons especially with some orange are a good choice.
