Our lake level was near plus two feet and the seiche effect coupled created over nine foot lake level at the Buffalo end of the lake. With a plus 2 lake level and a 7 foot seiche on top the 15 foot swells hammered our waterfront. Preceding the big blow the area 2 and a half inch rainfall. Streams were at extreme high flows and they carried a lot of trees and debris into the lake. This really caused more of a mess.
