	I'm currently in the market for a .300 mag long range, but I need some help with deciding what to buy. I'm gonna be using this gun for elk hunting and sheep hunting and to have fun shooting targets at 1000+ yards.
</p>

<p>
	Also I'd like to know what scope would be the best for this application.
</p>

<p>
	And also looking for <a href="https://airriflehunting.com/best-benjamin-air-rifles/" rel="external nofollow">small game hunting air rifle</a>.
</p>

<p>
	I'll be loading my own ammo as well so any good recipes are welcome.
</p>

<p>
	Thanks everyone.<br />

	We are heading to the Leamington area in late Nov all the way from QC with our diver rig.. some say we are crazy and I say yes we are!!<span class="ipsEmoji">😉</span>
</p>

<p>
	We want to target redheads and canvasback. Any pointers or suggestions? Should we also look at lake St-clair?
</p>

<p>
	We will be hunting with my good friend from that area but he normally goes after geese and puddlers. Thanks for your info.

<p>
	Anyone have tipps for locating deer sheds ? I am looking for specific terrain and locations you may have been successful in. I have open apple orchards and heavy woods on hillsides that face sun and not. I also have a huge swamp they frequent spring/summer/fall. Typical bedding areas that I have not been successful in yet.
</p>

<p>
	Thanks
